You forgot one thing
Do you know how many manifesting courses are out there right now? Hundreds. I love a good one as much as the next person — I’ve been doing them for years, vision board and all. Who doesn’t want to know the secrets to the Universe.
Here’s what I’ve learned: you can’t build a new life, a better relationship, or a thriving career on a foundation you don’t trust. You’re not going to manifest much of anything while some part of you still believes you’re not allowed to have it. It’s like trying to plant a garden on a pile of rocks and wondering why nothing takes root. The courses work — if you actually believe you’re worth what you’re asking for.
Some of them do start with that personal inquiry, the honest look at what you believe is true about yourself. But a lot of them skip that part entirely or barely scratch the surface of what you need to know about yourself to get results.
So, before you try to manifest anything else, let’s create some solid ground. That’s what these 21 days are for.
What this is
Twenty-one days. Twenty-one emails. Each one a short, honest story from my own life, paired with a journaling prompt to sit with.
We move through it in three phases:
Week One
Excavate
Digging up where the “not enough” story began.
Week Two
Rebuild
A sturdier foundation underneath it, one honest belief at a time.
Week Three
Plant
A few seeds — because a cleared foundation with nothing growing on it is just a hole in the ground.
Nothing here is theoretical. It’s what moved the needle for me, exactly as it happened.
What you get
Twenty-one days of story and reflection, delivered right to your inbox — yours to keep and return to for as long as you need it.

One last thing
This is the deepest, most personal excavation of Module 1 of my full course, For the Love of God: Finding Faith from Within. If these 21 days leave you wanting to keep going, there’s a whole path forward from here — wellbeing, growth, faith, love, integrity, gratitude, and the work of consciously creating your life on purpose.
But this stands entirely on its own. You don’t need to do anything after Day 21 except know that you did the work.
Learning to love yourself really is the greatest love of all.
